Basil Pears with Prosciutto recipe

Enjoy a finger-licking dish that can be the appetizer, side dish, or late night nosh with your special someone.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 pear, peeled, cored, sliced thinly
¼ pound thinly sliced prosciutto
3 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil

Directions:

1) Whisk together oil, honey, vinegar, and pepper in a small bowl. Arrange pears on a serving platter; top with prosciutto and basil. Drizzle vinaigrette over entire platter. Serve.
